IJA PROJECT for Micro MBA and Micro Credits to support rural women in Guatemala
TARGET: Training for employment of indigenous people from the region.
MAIN ACTIVITIES: Building and equipping of the Technical Centre of Costa Sur. Building of two new IJA centres: Puerta de Occidente which will cover the departments of Sololá and Quiché. San Marcos for the area of the same name.
IMPACT: Fostering the potential of the communities through the development and strengthening of the abilities, competencies and professional skills of their villagers in the Altiplano and Costa Sur areas.
-Building of 3 training centres to train leaders of community development and to improve the quality of training, both in the business area and formal education.
