International Club IFREI and the Socially Responsible Culture

The IESE Family-Responsible Employer Index analyses the implementation level of the best practices in family-work balancing in companies, as well as its impact on individuals and organizations.
• IFREI 2.0: a study that compares the perception of employees about family-responsible policies, practices and leadership of his company, with the perception of managers. it also compares the impact of a family-responsible company on performance, comfort and satisfaction of their employees, with a representative sample of the country.
• IFREI 1.5: a study aimed at the employees in order to show the impact of family responsible policies, practices and leadership on their health, their loyalty, their intention to leave the company, and their satisfaction.
