A triennial agreement with the International Center of Work and Family of the IESE has been established whose objectives were:
• To improve the current situation and career path of people working in organizations so that they are able to experience quality and balance in both their professional and their family life.
• Investigate, analyze and encourage career advancement among women, as well as integration of different aspects of their lives in order for them to reach their full potential.
