The aim is to fund the thesis “Building confidence. A proposal for family responsible companies” The thesis seeks to find a proposal to properly introduce a family responsible company model through confidence promotion. It aims to ask the following questions: Why is it important to analyse confidence in the management of organizations, and particularly its role in the actions aimed at reconciling work and family? and, how can we assess and measure confidence in the implementation of the family responsible company model?
