Through this initiative, women with very limited resources will have the opportunity to receive capacity building and technical training in order to develop the skills for them to start a productive activity or join the labor force in the areas of food industry such as bakery, commercial cooking or cosmetology and sewing. As an added value, in this program they receive seminars in entrepreneurship skills so that they acquire the basic elements to learn to determine de cost of their products and advertising and selling skills. The program also includes seminars in Personal Development to strengthen their values and self-esteem.
