This project aims to provide a housing alternative for people with chronic diseases, with limited financial resources and lack of social and family support. The purpose is to give them the necessary tools and skills for their social integration at the physical, psychological, social and working level, always considering their deficiencies and needs. This project will also work with the social and family environment of each person, giving them a key role in the integration project.
