Integration of immigrant young women

Every yearit is a unique opportunity for young people to experience a different lifestyle than their usual way of life in London or in their home country. This project will teach them to live with other girls, sharing their talents and experiences in a different culture. One of the most important areas of this project is to encourage young people to develop positive relationships through new friendships, forge better relations with their environment, and socialize with the locals over the island, by sharing social activities, volunteer work and household duties., the Baytree Centre through FABRE Foundation invites a group of disadvantaged young girls from London suburbs to take part in this team-building week. The girls come primarily from low income and socially excluded households and are given the opportunity to prove themselves through a range of activities and responsibility.
