Leading indigenous women from rural areas toward the knowledge, skills, technical expertise and development of entrepreneurial abilities, so that they may create self-employment to help them cross the poverty line in Guatemala
Develop and strengthen indigenous 1550 women capabilities to enter in the labour market either as employees or self-employed. This will allow them to have meaningful access to the labour market, easing the economic conditions of their families, and thus enabling their access to basic services such as education, health and nutrition. Vocational or technical training is designed to the development of skills that enable a person to perform manufacturing tasks or to provide services.
