IJA’ Project: Micro MBA and micro credit to rural women

AIM: Training indigenous population living in the Highlands and the Southern Coast for employment.
ACTIVITIES: Construction and equipment of the Southern Coast Technical Center. Construction of two new IJA Centers: “Puerta de Occidente” covers the departments of Solola and Quiche. “San Marcos” covers the area of the same name.
IMPACT: Promoting the potential of communities through the development and strengthening of life and work skills of the people living in the Highlands and the Southern Coast. Construction of 3 training centers that aim to train community development leaders and improve training quality both in the business area and in formal education
